The JSW program is now available at Adult Language and Learning. This program is at no cost for eligible participants.
What is the JSW Program?
The JSW program offers short-term, pre-employment workshops designed specifically for newcomers to Canada to develop the skills needed to find employment in the shortest possible time. These workshops will help you develop the skills you need to find work and be successful.
In the program participants practice interview skills, learn to develop resumes and effective cover letters, learn how to complete application forms, assess and identify their skills, learn how to network to access the hidden job market, learn about the local labor market, and develop employment action plans.
The JSW program at The Adult Language and Learning also offers:
